Brea Old and New: Tick-Tock, History Isn't So Boring After All™ ~ Charlie the Clock

Annual Traditional Community Food Drive

8 years ago by in ( Uncategorized )
OC Register photo is of last year’s Brea traditional food drive. According to Jo Simons, who volunteered to assist last year, the food is collected then brought to BOHS teachers’ cafeteria where service groups help set up the area and food items are separated in order for volunteers to make an assorted box of food for pre-qualified residents.
Just a few more days left to help feed local families in need during the holidays. Brea Community Emergency Council (BCEC), a non-profit group, along with its civic partners, businesses and local schools, welcome your donation of non-perishable items such as canned goods through Friday, December 16. There are three convenient drop off areas: The third floor of The Civic and Cultural Center, the Brea Senior Center, and Brea Community Center. For further information, please call 1-714-990-7150.
