BOHS student,  Rahia Zaidi has been recognized for her work at Brea Library.  She is among 200 young women from a group of 1777 applicants who was selected as a runner-up for the 2011-2012 National Center for Women in Information Technology Award for Aspirations in Computing.

On any given Saturday at the Brea Public Library, you will find Rahia with some of her peers from Global Information Technology teaching preschool-aged students a computer program she created named “Creative Computers.”
