Brea Old and New: Tick-Tock, History Isn't So Boring After All™ ~ Charlie the Clock

Burrissimo Fresh Italian opening in Brea

6 years ago by in ( News , Restaurants , Welcome to Brea , What's New! )

Brea business buzz: Burrissimo next to the Corner Bakery on Imperial Hwy and Brea Blvd. should open any day now (the former City Grill location). The restaurant is fast, fresh Italian served in three simple ways. Guests order at the counter choosing from a variety of fresh, grilled, sautéed and savory menu items to create an Italian Burrito, a Pasta Bowl, or a Salad Bowl. Meals are served within minutes. Burrissimo also offers beer, wine, Italian sodas, soups, pepperoni rolls, breadsticks and zeppoles – Italian doughnuts covered with cinnamon sugar and served with a choice of vanilla icing or raspberry dipping sauce.

          * Burrissimo Brea is planning to open in about two weeks, according to Alyssa Flores, chef supervisor, at their Costa Mesa location. Currently, all job positions at Burrissimo Brea are filled, but they are still accepting applications.
