Farrell's Brea FARRELL’S TO HIRE UP TO 200 STAFF BEGINNING NOV. 16 & 17 FOR DOWNTOWN BREA LOCATION Brea, Calif. (November 10, 2011) – Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour will begin the hiring process next week for its soon-to-be opened Downtown Brea location. The old-fashion ice cream parlour and restaurant plans to hire approximately 200 staff for the Brea location.  In total, the company will have created close to 400 new jobs for Southern California in about a month’s time.   The hiring event will take place near the new Downtown Brea Farrell’s, located at 215 S. Brea Blvd., November 16 and 17 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.   Farrell’s will hire “Ice Cream Artisans” for the fountain as well as servers, hosts, cooks, bussers and dishwashers. Employment applications can be found at and will be available on the day of the hiring event.   Farrell’s expects a large turnout for this event and suggests applicants arrive early. A similar Farrell’s hiring event less than a month ago for the new Rancho Cucamonga location drew close to 2,000 interviews for the 3-day event that resulted in approximately 200 new hires for that location.   Approximately 300 applicants will be called back for interviews. Hosts and Servers who get called back will participate in group auditions on November 18 and 19. These auditions allow each potential new Farrell’s Cast Member to display their outgoing personality and prove they have what it takes to be a famous Farrell’s Cast Member.
