Brea Old and New: Tick-Tock, History Isn't So Boring After All™ ~ Charlie the Clock

New Brea City Council Member Christine Marick post-election message

7 years ago by in ( City Guide , News , Old/New , Welcome to Brea )

Christine Marick elected to fill a city council member seat. It’s been eight years since a female served on Brea City Council.

Running for City Council has been a personally fulfilling and eye-opening experience.  Having walked almost every neighborhood in Brea (with help from my husband and volunteers), I enjoyed getting to know voters, understanding the issues that matter to them, and earning their votes. The campaign helped me connect with voters, and we saw the results of those efforts on Election Day

I am looking forward to bringing new, positive energy and ideas to Brea's City Council.  Brea is an extraordinary place to live, work and play, and I hope the new Council will work well together to further Brea's legacy as a premiere city.
