Located in our neighboring city of Fullerton, Phans55 Vietnamese Bistro and Bar is a hotspot for locals. With a great ambiance, delicious food, and an exclusive bar area, they are a happening place for a fun happy hour. They have ongoing weekly specials from Monday – Saturday, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., with half off most drinks and appetizers.
