Introducing Chef Dylan of Sciacca’s Social Club and Grill, “My burgers are all ½ pound patties that are ground in house every morning!” Dylan is a hands-on and self-taught chef who grew-up in the kitchen. A senior at Brea Olinda High School, Dylan is an ambitious young man who views food as a form of art as seen in his creation of the hockey puck - 8oz fire grilled beef patty, split and grilled all beef hot dog, 2 slices applewood bacon, Sciacca beef chili, 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese! His next creation: BOHS Wildcat Burger! It will be on the menu in the next couple of days!
