The Total Woman Gym & Day spa concept materialized in 1965, when Art Stone, visionary founder, created a nurturing atmosphere for women to achieve their personal health and wellness goals by offering the amenities of a gym to attain weight-loss along with a luxurious day spa full of pampering services!  To date, Total Woman Gym & Day Spa has 14 locations across Southern California.  This year Total Woman Brea is entering the fourth year in servicing the  community and beyond.

At Total Woman Brea there is a friendly, motivated and helpful staff to assist you in operating their cardiovascular and strength training equipment. There are also expert personal training and private palates instruction.  And did you know they offer dynamic group fitness classes such as Power Yoga, Kickboxing, and Zumba for those interested in losing up to 800 calories per session or more!  Nine Zumba classes offered each week!  In addition, the spa is available for relaxing massages, body treatments and more. Plus to enjoy quiet time, sit in the sauna after a workout and then in the steam room to unwind further.

And best yet, Total Woman Brea has a fun Kid’s Club on the premises with designated babysitting hours seven days a week.  You can feel comfortable leaving your children at the Kid’s Club as their associates are CPR & AED Certified and fingerprinted through the State of California.

Every woman should have a get-away place to rejuvenate the spirit.  When thinking of a grand gift to give a special woman in your life, consider Total Woman Gym & Day Spa, as they have gift cards at any dollar amount available year-round for Spa, Retail & Personal/Pilates Training services.
